We have used Tyson Services for years and their customer service has always been outstanding. Recently they went well over and above outstanding customer service after we had a new HVAC installed. The system did not function correctly, and Megan and Cooper responded to every phone call, question, and concern. Not only did Cooper come to the house many times over a 3-week span and spoke with the manufacturer, but Mr. Tyson spent 2 hours under the house with Cooper on a Saturday night fixing a wiring mistake the manufacturer made and getting this new system worked perfectly. Finally. Honest people. Tyson saved me $12k. I called for a second opinion after a company told me I should replace my entire HVAC system. Their tech arrived right on time. He even waited for me to come home. Their tech triple-checked everything and took the time to give me insight and knowledge about my system. The tech assured me that my HVAC system was completely fine and did not need to be replaced. The office staff followed up with me and told me that my system is still under manufacturer warranty. And followed up again a week or two later to make sure that everything is working fine. I can't say enough kind things about the office staff, the techs, and the overall attitude and integrity of these people. They have gained a customer for life, and anyone reading this should do the same.
