I had the pleasure of watching Andrew and Cooper put their heads together and come to a conclusion and repaired the problem that allowed us to get a good night's sleep in a cool home. I called Tyson, and within minutes, they fixed my problem! They were able to tell what was happening via phone and pictures! We went air-less in August; you could imagine it was hot in our home! I cannot rave about them enough for giving us the option to be comfortable in our home! I cannot say enough good things about Tyson Services. We had a coil go bad on a 5-year-old unit. Megan called about getting a replacement coil (yes, it was still under warranty) and she was told hopefully mid-September. That is not acceptable for warranty work. She spent countless hours on the phone and working the system for us, and just like that we were able to expedite the coil. We received the coil by the end of the week and the problem was solved the next Monday. I cannot express my thanks enough to her and her team for advocating for their customers!

Our AC broke earlier in the summer, and we’ve never had this issue before as homeowners. It was unbearably hot in my house, and I called Tyson on a Sunday night, and somebody was sent to my house early afternoon the next day. My AC was fixed in under an hour! We highly recommend Tyson Services! We have been doing business with a well-known HVAC company, and when our AC broke, rather than fixing it, they tried to upsell us $12,000 worth of work that we didn’t need and tell us the part was on national backorder. I contacted Megan at Tyson Services, and they were able to get out here, get the unit fixed, and put our minds at ease that all we actually needed was a new compressor. Recently our A/C stopped working. Tyson Services Air was referred to us. They came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem. When it was time to fix our unit, I called to set up a time. It was Good Friday and Megan answered even though they were closed. She said she recognized my number and just wanted to make sure things were good. It was so awesome to be treated with kindness. The next week Megan worked to get the parts for our unit and Chuck came out to fix it. He was respectful and didn't just fix the problem but made sure everything else was working properly since it is an old A/C. He even saved us money because we didn't need one of the items suggested in the beginning so he didn't add it. Tyson Air is a fantastic company that takes care of their customers. Megan is even working with me to get a better home warranty company. She's going beyond her job to be supportive!

Chuck, the service tech, was awesome and was able to troubleshoot a problem with a tree frog that had found out the control panel and electricity is not to be messed with! Chuck was able to get our AC working again without breaking the bank.

I called Tyson's when our home warranty couldn't find a company to come out in a rural area. Megan got right on it with getting someone out to give us a diagnostic. Megan immediately sent everything to our home warranty company they needed. It took 5 weeks for the warranty company to get everything approved and ordered but Megan got the ETA and had it installed the very next day. I highly recommend Tyson's Services Air.

Update: I had another unit go out, and Meghan at Tyson was persistent with holding my home warranty company accountable to replacing my unit properly. Tyson continues to impress, and I stand by what I said about them being the standard bearer in the industry. EDIT: They have now come to my house again for service. Not only are they quick and show up on time, they go above and beyond with making sure that my family is taken care of. In a world where customer service is neglected in most companies, Tyson obviously takes the opposite route and is not just best in class, but best in any industry. Thanks! Tyson replaced a heat pump and air handler system that was covered by my home warranty. They communicated every step of the way and performed fantastic work. They are the best vendor that has come to my house for A/C service.

Very Impressed with Responsiveness May 4, 2022

Still waiting for final determination from Old Republic Home Warranty for the job to be completed. However, I will say this. Following the suggestion from another review, I contacted Tyson Services after the warranty company made an appointment for Friday, three days out, from when I called in the claim. Megan answered and was able to reschedule to the next day due to a cancellation that had just popped up. The technician was to arrive between 14:00 and 16:00 the next day. Nick actually arrived early at 13:20 and was done diagnosing the problem, leaking evaporator coil, and left before he was originally scheduled. I've already received a text from Megan that Tyson Service has submitted the claim to the warranty company. I suppose it is now a waiting game from them to respond. I will report back on the final resolution. So far I am very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Megan and Nick.
