The customer service was amazing! So courteous and helpful. They were able to schedule a service call for me so fast! The technician was there the same day.
The technician was very professional and polite.
He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what the issue was.
He fixed it on the spot and got our AC running again!!
I've had bad experiences with other companies; literally have had the AC go out again days after it was supposedly fixed.
It was so nice to feel confident I was getting what I paid for. The AC has been running great ever since! Plus, the price was affordable, not some crazy amount like other companies charge.

Had Tyson Services come out for an AC tune-up and everything went great. They were great, showed up on time, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure our unit was running perfectly before leaving.
It’s hard to find companies these days that truly care about customer service, but this team definitely does. They were honest, efficient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Our AC is cooling better than it has in a long time!
We are extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating and air service. Five stars all the way!
